Terms of Service

By using PalmSiddhi, you agree to these terms.

The service

PalmSiddhi provides four things, and these terms cover all of them:

  • Readings. AI-generated palm and numerology readings for entertainment and self-reflection, delivered as a PDF. Sold in tiers, including a free one.
  • Live consultations. Scheduled audio, video or chat sessions with a human astrologer, charged per minute or per session.
  • Live pujas. A ceremony performed on a scheduled date, with sankalp taken in the name and gotra you supply, and prasad couriered afterwards.
  • Sacred Shop. Physical goods shipped to the address you supply.

The price of any order is the price shown to you at checkout at the time you pay. Where an item carries a description of origin, certification or material, that description forms part of what you are buying.

No medical, legal, or financial advice

PalmSiddhi readings are NOT medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Decisions you make based on your reading are entirely your own responsibility.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute. This cap does not apply where liability cannot be limited by Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Intellectual property

The reading PDF is for your personal use. Don't redistribute, resell, or claim it as your own work.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds differ by what you bought, and the terms for each are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: your first paid reading carries a 7-day window, consultations are refunded if the astrologer does not join, pujas and physical goods follow the timelines in that policy.

Delivery and shipping

Readings are delivered to the email address you supply, usually within a minute. Physical goods ship across India; delivery timelines and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prasad from a live puja is despatched after the ceremony and you receive a tracking reference.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
