What we collect

To generate your palm reading, we collect: your name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, hand selection, and the palm photograph you upload.

How long we keep it

Your palm photograph is automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after generating your reading. The PDF is also deleted after 30 days; please save it locally.

Live consultation recordings

If you book a live consultation, the session is recorded (audio and video, or audio only for an audio call) so that you can replay it afterwards and so we have a record if there is ever a dispute about a session or a charge. You are told this before you pay, and a red REC indicator is shown on screen for the whole call.

The recording is stored by our video provider, who acts strictly as a processor for us. Only you and the astrologer you spoke to can open it, through a private link that expires, from My Calls in the app. It is never shown publicly, sold, or used to train anything. You can ask us to delete a recording at any time by emailing support@palmsiddhi.com, and we delete it on request.

Trusted service providers

To deliver your reading, we rely on a small number of carefully selected, industry-standard service providers for payment processing, email delivery, and secure data storage. These providers act strictly as data processors on our behalf, are bound by their own privacy and security commitments, and only receive the minimum information required to perform their service. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@palmsiddhi.com.
