Refund Policy

This policy has two parts

PalmSiddhi sells two very different things, and they are treated differently under this policy and under Indian consumer law. Physical goods and scheduled ceremonies are cancellable and refundable as set out immediately below. Digital readings are not, for the reasons explained further down.

Live pujas (scheduled ceremony + prasad)

A live puja is a real-world religious ceremony performed by pandits at a scheduled muhurta, with sankalp taken in your name and gotra, and prasad couriered to your address.

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled muhurta for a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours of the muhurta, the sankalp and materials are already committed, so the booking is non-refundable.
  • If we cancel or fail to perform the ceremony for any reason, you receive a full refund, no request needed.
  • If prasad is not despatched within 14 days of the ceremony, you may claim a refund of the prasad-despatch portion.

Sacred Shop (physical goods)

Gemstones, rudraksha malas and yantras are physical goods shipped to you.

  • Cancel any time before despatch for a full refund.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: report within 7 days of delivery with photographs for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Energised or personally consecrated items cannot be returned once delivered intact and as described, for reasons of ritual purity.

Live consultations

A consultation is a slot reserved for you and the astrologer, so we do not offer cancellation or rescheduling once it is confirmed. There are two exceptions, and both are a full refund:

  • The astrologer does not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start.
  • The call fails for a technical reason on our side and cannot be resumed.

Write to support@palmsiddhi.com with your booking reference and we will process it within 5 to 7 working days.

Wallet balance

Money added to your PalmSiddhi wallet stays yours. An unspent balance can be refunded to the original payment method on request to support, less any gateway fee already incurred. Wallet balance is not transferable and is forfeited if you delete your account, so request a payout first.

Digital readings: 7-day window on your first reading

If your first paid reading does not describe you, write to support@palmsiddhi.com within 7 days of delivery and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request. One refund per phone number, on the first paid reading only.

Readings after that first one are digital products generated specifically for you from your birth data and palm photograph, and are not refundable once delivered.

Before you pay

Please ensure all details on the review screen are correct before clicking Pay ₹99 & Upload. Once payment is confirmed, your reading enters our queue and the no-refund policy applies. Sample readings are available on the homepage so you know exactly what you are buying.

Limited exceptions

We will issue a refund only in these specific cases:

  • Duplicate charge: you were billed twice for the same reading due to a payment-gateway error.
  • Unauthorised transaction: your payment method was used without your consent (subject to verification).
  • Technical inability to deliver: if, despite our best efforts, we are unable to deliver your reading within 7 days of payment, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests for the above must be raised within 7 days of payment by writing to support@palmsiddhi.com with your reading reference number.

No refunds for

  • Change of mind on a repeat reading, after the first-reading window above
  • Disagreement with the predictions, guidance, or advice given
  • Failure to read your inbox or spam folder where the reading was delivered
  • Incorrect details (name, date of birth, palm photograph) supplied at checkout

Refund timeline (when applicable)

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Bank-side processing may take additional time depending on your card or UPI provider.
