Delete Your Account

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way is in the app itself. Open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account & data. You will be asked to confirm. This removes your birth profile, saved kundlis, wallet balance and order history.

Request by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@palmsiddhi.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, with the subject line Delete my account. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, date of birth, birth time and birth place
• Every saved kundli and generated reading
• Your phone number and email address
• Your wallet balance and consultation history
• Any palm photograph still associated with your account

What is kept, and why

We keep transaction and invoice records where Indian tax and accounting law requires it (currently 8 years under the Companies Act and GST rules). These records are retained in a financial ledger and are no longer linked to your astrological profile. We also keep records needed to complete a puja you have already booked and paid for, until that ceremony and its prasad despatch are complete.

Deletion is permanent

Once deleted, readings and saved kundlis cannot be recovered. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited on deletion, so please request a payout first if you hold a balance. Export anything you want to keep before you delete.
